Offered: Fall & Spring Semesters All Years, SLP 501 PRACTICUM SEMINAR I   1.0 Credit(s) The purpose of this course is to provide students with an opportunity to review and reflect on their clinical experiences in SLP 502, apply concepts from academic coursework to their clinical practice, master skills involved in clinical assessment and intervention, and focus on acquisition of skills in managing challenging behavior, writing appropriate short- and long-term objectives, participating in IEP and PPT processes, and communicating with paraprofessionals, colleagues, and families.
